How a foreigner obtains Serbian citizenship
There are several possible grounds for acquiring Serbian citizenship, and the conditions depend on the specific situation, for example descent, marriage, admission to citizenship and other grounds provided by law. For that reason every case has to be analysed individually.
This is the one service where a general answer is worth almost nothing. Two people with the same passport and the same number of years in Serbia can have completely different routes open to them, because what decides the case is family history, marital status, the basis on which residence was approved, and which documents the country of origin will actually issue.
