This website is operated by Residence and Work Permits Serbia, a consulting company with its office at Tekelijina 26, 21000 Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. In these terms, we and us mean that company, and you means anyone who visits or uses the website.
By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The website describes the services we offer and explains how residence, work and related procedures in Serbia generally run. It is written to help people understand the process before they contact us.
The content is general information. It is not advice about your case. Immigration rules change, and two applicants with similar circumstances can face different requirements depending on nationality, employer, family situation and the practice of the office handling the file. Nothing you read here should be treated as a promise about how your own application will be decided.
This is the most important point on this page. We are a consulting company. We prepare and organise documentation, explain the procedure, communicate with employers and with the authorities on administrative matters, and accompany clients through the process.
We do not provide legal representation and we do not act as attorneys. Where a case needs legal representation, an appeal, or a legal opinion, we say so and we work with independent lawyers who are members of the Bar. That relationship is between you and the lawyer.
Decisions on residence permits, work permits, single permits, permanent residence, citizenship and visas are made by the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia. No consultant and no lawyer can guarantee an approval, a specific processing time or a specific interpretation by an official.
What we can promise is that your file will be complete, correct and submitted in the right order, which is what removes most of the avoidable delays. Anyone who offers you a guaranteed approval is not describing how the system works.
If you engage us, the work depends on what you give us. You agree that:
We reserve the right to stop work on a case where information turns out to be false, where a request is unlawful, or where the client makes the work impossible.
Fees are agreed per case before the work starts, because the scope differs from one situation to another. Official fees, administrative charges, translation costs, notary costs and health insurance are separate from our fee and are paid to the relevant institution or provider. We tell you which costs are ours and which are not before you commit to anything.
Sending us a message through the contact form or by email does not by itself create a contract between us and does not commit either side to anything. A working relationship starts when we have agreed the scope and the fee.
Please do not send passports, certificates or other personal documents in a first message. We will tell you what is needed once we know what your case actually requires.
Where we link to an official source, such as the Ministry of Interior, we do it so that you can check the rule at its origin. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content or for any change to it.
The texts, layout, images and structure of this website belong to Residence and Work Permits Serbia unless stated otherwise. You may read them, print them and share links to them. You may not republish them as your own, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission.
We try to keep the site online and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, including during maintenance.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a decision you take on the basis of general information published on this website, without engaging us or another qualified adviser for your specific case. Where we are engaged, our responsibility is governed by the agreement we make with you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Serbian law.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and how the site uses cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be settled by agreement falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Novi Sad.
